Interpretation Service

Once your adoptive child is placed in your custody (whether abroad or in the United States), there may be moments in which you need someone to help you speak with and understand your child. Our interpretation service allows you to access a Spanish-English interpreter upon request.

This service goes beyond an online written translator and allows you to pick up the phone and speak with one of our translators. We are available by phone or through Facetime or other video chat so that your child can see someone and speak to someone in their native language. This is an opportunity for a struggling parent and/or child to be able to communicate with their child in an effective manner. The goal of this service is to ease the burden of the language barrier in stressful moments.
